Head of Sales & Revenue Management - Hospitality and Coliving (m/f/d)
As Head of Sales and Revenue Management at POHA House, you will co-lead the Growth department and be responsible for sales, strategic partnerships and User Experience. Being part of our Aachen-based team, you will work closely with our Head of Marketing to help POHA House achieve its occupancy and revenue goals. You will have the opportunity to develop your own initiatives and test out your ideas while pushing the company forward as a team lead.
Your Tasks
- Lead and develop the sales team combining a strategic and hands-on approach
- Represent POHA House with prospecting clients and strategic partners and present the brand in the best possible way
- Push our B2B and B2C sales and ensure we hit our Growth KPI’s across all of our locations
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies: Analyse market trends, historical data, and competitor activity to optimise pricing and inventory across all distribution channels
- Set and adjust pricing: Determine optimal pricing strategies for various room types, seasons, and market segments.
- Manage and optimise the user journey from lead qualification to contract signature by working closely with our team and software partners
- Manage and improve our lease templates together with our legal consultants
Your Profile
- Extensive experience in B2B Sales
- 2+ years professional experience in the hospitality and/or hotel industy
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- Completed degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality or related field
- Great people and networking skills
- A strong sense for User Experience and customer focus implementing your technical and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel to meet potential business clients, conduct viewings and attend networking events
- Experience working with OTA (Online Travel Agencies such as Booking, Airbnb etc.)
- Experience in Hubspot (Sales & Marketing Professional) or similar CRM is beneficial
- Creative Problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude

- Extremely good organisational and project management skills
- Ability to succeed in a startup environment
- Ability to work as a team and collaborate across multiple functions
