The Interview Process

 To help you better understand our hiring process, here's a step-by-step overview of the exciting journey you'll embark on as you apply to be a part of our team:

  1. Getting to Know You: Chat with HR (30 minutes) 
    Let's break the ice! Our friendly HR representative will get to know you in this initial conversation. We'll explore your background, aspirations, and what inspired you to join the coliving movement. This chat is also an opportunity for you to learn more about our company culture and ask any questions you may have.
  2. Showcase Your Skills: Chat with Your Direct Manager (45 minutes) 
    Now's the time to demonstrate your expertise! In this conversation, you'll meet your potential direct manager, who will discuss role-specific skills and experiences. This is your chance to shine and share your unique talents, making you the perfect fit for our team. Feel free to ask questions about the day-to-day operations and expectations for the role.
  3. Embrace Our Culture: Chat with the CEO (60 minutes) 
    Let's dive into the heart of our mission! During this cultural interview, you'll have the opportunity to meet our visionary CEO. Together, you'll explore how your values align with our company's mission and discuss your ideas for contributing to our vibrant, collaborative environment. This conversation will give you an in-depth understanding of what it means to be a part of POHA House. 

Bonus: Reference Checks & Case Studies – Your glowing recommendations will speak volumes! In rare cases, we may also include a case study exercise to assess your problem-solving and creative-thinking abilities better.
