(Junior) Sales Manager (m/f/d)
As our Junior Sales Manager, you will join our Sales & Marketing team, ensuring that our POHA houses are fully let with a thriving community. Being part of our Aachen-based team, you will help us to ensure our monthly sales and revenue goals and be the resident’s first contact representing our brand and products.
Your Tasks
- Be the face and first point of contact for anyone interested in living or working in one of our POHA Houses
- Own the lettings journey for leads across all of our active locations from first contact to contract signature
- Proactively promote POHA to interested inbound leads via phone, email, WhatsApp and video calls
- Gain insights and support the Head of Sales with B2B Sales
- Work closely with the marketing and community teams to convert qualified leads into active residents and members
Your Profile
- Excellent written and spoken language skills in English
- Advanced written and spoken language skills in German
- A passion for sales and hospitality, ideally having first work experience in Sales or Real Estate
- Confident appearance and very good communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer orientation and service mentality
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and a high level of self-motivation
- Resilience & ability to succeed in a startup environment
- Creative problem-solver with “can-do” attitude and a talent for getting things done
